Shipping from Telechnics varies by product. In most cases your order will ship within 24 hours. Telechnics shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date. Products which are out of stock will be labeled as such within the product description. A tracking number will be sent to you along with a copy of your paid invoice.

All product returns require an authorized RMA number from our customer service desk. We will handle at our sole discretion, any products refused upon arrival or returned without a RMA number. Items returned must be received by us within 7 days of the purchase date, and must be received in new condition and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
